Yes — as long as you stick to approved tools and don't paste sensitive data into non-enterprise tools. Read the Governance page for specifics.
Can I use my personal ChatGPT account?
For non-sensitive, non-confidential work only. Your personal account isn't covered by enterprise data protections. Use Copilot for anything sensitive.
Do I need to say when I've used AI?
For internal content, no — as long as you've reviewed and verified it. For client-facing content, check with your manager. Never claim AI-generated work as original research.
What if I want to use a tool that isn't on the list?
Submit a Tool Request from the sidebar. IT and Legal review new tools within 5 business days.
Who owns the output AI generates for me?
Twincrest does, as long as it was created using company-approved tools for work purposes. Outputs from your personal accounts are murkier — another reason to use approved tools.
What if I make a mistake?
Flag it immediately to your manager and IT. Honest mistakes happen. What matters is transparency and not repeating them.
